I. Introduction
- On July 7, 2021, between 1:30 and 2 a.m., Jovenel Moïse1, the 58th President of Haiti, was tortured (left eye punctured, machete blows, broken arm …), then murdered in his private residence (at Pèlerin 5) with at least 12 high caliber bullets2 by Colombians3 and other foreign agents, including Mr. Joseph Vincent (55 years old), former informant of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)4, while not even a single agent of the presidential guard corps5 on duty that night was injured. Mystery !!!
